Ama B's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ama B says this is really good.

Makes 8 servings

1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14 oz can quartered artichoke hearts, drained
1 5 1/2 oz container garlic and herb Allouette
1 cup parmesean cheese, shredded or grated
1 8 oz container sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 2 oz jar chopped pimiento
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 or 2 garlic cloves crushed
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Drain spinach really well, pressing between paper towels.

Stir together spinach and everything but bacon.  Spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.  Sprinkle with bacon and serve with crackers.
