1/3 Cup soy sauce
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
8 small swordfish steaks, pricked all over with a fork
Combine all ingredients, and marinate swordfish for 1-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Broil 5-6 minutes on each side. Basting with marinade.
