Greek Shrimp with Feta

1/2 Cup minced onion
1 1/2 tbl butter
1 1/2 tbl olive oil

1/2 cup white wine
4 ripe tomatoes, peeled,seeded, & chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp oregano

4 oz feta, crumbled
1 lb. large shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Saute onions in butter& oil. Add next 6 ingredients & simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese & simmer 10-15 minutes more. Add shrimp & cook about 5 minutes or until shrimp is just done. Add parsley & serve in bowls with French bread to sop up the sauce.
