Horseradish Sauce for Standing Rib Roast

You can add more or less horseradish depending on how hot you like it.

3/4 Cup Hellman's mayonaise
1/4 Cup sour cream
1 Tbl dijon mustard
1 Tbl creole mustard
2-3 Tbl horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
fresh ground black pepper
pinch cayenne pepper

Mix all together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
